The first one:Some countries freight cost decreased a lot in recent weeks and the booking vessel situation has eased,not so difficult than before months.Like the Colombia,Brazil,Peru and so on South American Countries.

The second even: Raw materials prices decreased a little in recent weeks, but currently not stable,may increase again.

The third thing: The oil prices increased a lot,and transporting cost increased about 10%. Also the electricity cost increased 20% as the shortage.

The Fourth thing: Jiangxi Province showed the confirmed Virus cases,so controlling of some cities are strict now.

Aili is a big family,has about 300 members,including 12 sales managers charging for different markets. In order to better stimulate sales enthusiasm and consciousness,Aili sales team hold a meaningful outside team building activity last week on November 13^th.The destination place is Lion Peak.

  Lion Peak is located in the northwest of Meiling Scenic Area in the western suburbs of Nanchang, Jiangxi,as its shape likes a lion so getting the name. At an altitude of 206 meters, it is a national 4A-level scenic spot. The “Xiaolu Mountain” in Nanchang, Jiangxi, is a summer resort. There are many historical sites and geological changes in Lion Peak, as well as a large number of historical tombs, and myths and legends.

  At 9 o’clock in the morning 12 members meet at the gate of Lion Peak and then start to climb the mountain. Except the beautiful nature mountain, Lion Peak also have other highlights,the 2800m long drifting,very interesting and Stimulating,can take a boat with one family. Also the Children’s Dream Paradise,the Climbable dinosaurs, tanks, swings and so on. Also the vineyard,people can pick it when the grape is ripe. There our members also made fun outdoor interactive games and shared food.
