The 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou is Asia’s highest-level international comprehensive sports event.It was held from September 23 to October 8, 2023 ,with 40 major events, 61 sub-items, and 481 minor events. The 40 major competition events include 31 Olympic events and 9 non-Olympic events. At the same time, while keeping the 40 major events unchanged, two additional competition events, e-sports and break dancing, will be added. The Hangzhou Asian Games will produce 481 gold medals.
